Mr. Vijay Singh founded GeBBS in 1997 and in a short time built it into a leading IT and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization known for its quality and service. Mr. Vijay Singh provides leadership and strategic direction to GeBBS, and has built a strong team of capable people around him to lead the company. Before starting GeBBS, Mr. Vijay Singh was in the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) where he was the CEO of various public sector companies, including a leading corporation with more than 4000 employees and revenues exceeding $100 Million per annum. Prior to joining the IAS, Mr. Singh was commissioned officer in the Indian Army.

Nitin is a believer in specialization and has significantly invested in building Healthcare domain expertise, Under his leadership GeBBS has emerged as a leading provider of Healthcare BPO outsourcing solutions. He provides direction and inspires his team to continuously perform at peak levels. His strength lies in identifying business opportunities and relationship building. Nitin graduated in Finance and Economics, summa cum laude, from the University of Texas at Austin. Nitin is also a committee member of the Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA) and the Healthcare Business Management Association (HBMA).

Randy has over twenty years of sales and marketing management experience along with significant domain knowledge in the evolving healthcare BPO services segment. In addition to formerly running his own consulting business, he has held senior management positions with several industry mainstays such as Sourcecorp, Lason and Dakota Imaging. Randy is highly skilled in managing the sales of most critical benefit administration support tasks that typically surround the claims processing lifecycle. He is dedicated to the continuous deployment of HIPAA regulations, throughout GeBBS, to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all medical claims processing efforts on behalf of our current and future clients.

Paul has more than 21 years of extensive IT experience. Before joining GeBBS, Paul served as Regional Sales Manager for Technisource, a national technology solutions and staffing company. While at Technisource, Paul earned the President Club status every year while providing full life cycle support for major national and local clients including Accenture, Verizon, Blue Cross Blue Shield, General Dynamics, AOL, and Wells Fargo. Prior to his stint at Technisource, Paul served as a Technology Director for 11 years at Alex Brown Realty, a leading Real Estate Investment organization and former division of Alex Brown & Sons. Paul frequently presents at various national and local technology user groups.

Manoj is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering and a post graduate in Business Management. He is also a certified project Management professional (PMP). Manoj has over 15 years of total experience with over 8 years of experience providing BPO services to US clients. He has managed several large and critical projects having short turnaround times and stringent quality norms. Prior to joining GeBBS Manoj spent 8 years with Datamatics Technologies, a leading outsourcing services provider in the country.
