You will be responsible for the BPO Accounts Receivables team and ensure productivity, quality and data security within the program.

You will be responsible to analyze US medical claims and follow up with the respective organizations.

Your will need to review the team members through Total Quality Management (TQM)

You will be responsible for client satisfaction and client interactions.

You will be required to conduct training programs for freshers, which will include medical jargon and terminology.

You should have people management skills, with excellent communication skills both in written and spoken English.

You should have experience in a US Medical Billing Processes, and atleast 6 years of overall industry experience.

You must be a B Sc. Graduate

You will be responsible for supporting the back office processes.
